On the morning of November 1, 2019, Premier Li Keqiang left Beijing by a special plane, and invited by Prime Minister Abdulla Nigmatovich Aripov of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha of Thailand, Premier Li Keqiang will travel to Uzbekistan to attend the 18th Meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Council of Heads of Government and pay an official visit to Uzbekistan, as well as travel to Thailand to attend the 22nd China-ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) Summit, the 22nd ASEAN Plus China, Japan and the Republic of Korea (ROK) Summit and the 14th East Asia Summit and pay an official visit to Thailand.

State Councilor and Secretary-General of the State Council Xiao Jie and other delegation members left Beijing by the same plane.
